From craft lessons to a love of crochet

During my social work studies, I took craft classes. At the time, I regularly needed help from my classmates and never imagined that crafting would later become such a great passion. When our eldest daughter was born in 2012, I started crocheting seriously. Using a large wooden crochet hook and thick textile yarn helped me recognize the stitches — and from that moment on, I was hooked.

With yarn and a crochet hook, I can let my creativity flow freely.

Why Zusje Knus?

Zusje Knus is my own creative space: warm, personal and a little playful. Here I share not only what I make, but also the joy of the process — from the first idea and choosing the yarn to weaving in the final end. I hope my work inspires you to pick up your crochet hook and create something that is truly your own.
